We are regularly serving our clients for regular as well seasonal vacancies of various posts. Unlikely most consultancies in the market who just did the business for money sake , we are doing it as a service wherein we can satisfy the Clients by forwarding the deserving candidates only and achieving a trustworthy in the society. Thereby we can raise our standards.

It is based on the integral protocol of our organization that “Doing the Business and acquiring the Value from both the candidate and the Client in a Win-Win situation “.We will never work for the candidate who don’t deserve it.

Our Process is as follows

Candidate has to post resume in our website or submit his/her resume in any other means.

Our Human Resources team will analyze the candidate resume in next two business days.

It is to be noted that just fulfilling the qualification doesn’t ensure the candidature.

If the resume projects the candidate well suited for the vacancy, we will reach them by phone or by mail or by letter in next two business days.

Candidate will be given a date for Screening by our Human Resources Team to confirm their candidature.

Only if we come up with the expected results at the end of the day, we will pick the candidate into our consultancy for further procedures.

In case the result projects the candidate just under- par, we will recommend the candidate for intensified Corporate Training at our concern for around next 30 days at free of cost. The training depends on the candidature performance and we don’t enforce any predefined training material.

It is followed by the Screening in the 31 st Day. If the candidate shown any improvement towards the downfalls of the previous screening, his candidature will be reconsidered. If not, the candidate permanently loses the candidature at our concern.
